Manufacturing

Our manufacturing unit is located in Saint-Ferréol (Haute-Savoie, France), head office of the company.

The printing: 4 additional techniques

Screen-printing, for products manufactured in large quantities and needing high resistance.
Digital printing, a great solution for short deadlines for small and medium series, in process printing.
Sublimation printing, for a fade resistant quality in process printing or Pantone colours.
Chemical colourfast through printing : a visible printing by transparency and a strong UV resistance.

Sewing workshop: 15 specialised positions
Most of the products manufactured in our workshops (sails, flags, marking-out equipment, banners, as well as sunchairs, bibs, …) are subject to high mechanical and atmospheric conditions. The sewing workshop has an irreplaceable know-how to realise highly resistant products.

Co-development and prototypes: essential services for specific orders and/or large volumes
Thanks to the reactivity of our design office and our manufacturing team, we realise upon demand new products concepts and prototypes in a short time. For instance, for the Française des Jeux, we created some products for national broadcasting, such as:

TV angles, POS advertising to launch a new game
Sail supports for street lights with a fast setting system.
